I really enjoy studying agriculture in school. In addition to theory, we also do hands-on practice in our dryland regenerative agriculture learning garden twice a week. We were taught everything from cultivating the land to planting different types of vegetables that we had never grown before, such as tomatoes, carrots, lettuce, pakcoy, eggplant, chili, etc.

In early December 2024, we received various fruit tree seedlings, including avocados, durians, longan, and oranges. This is our first time planting a fruit tree, so EBPP staff guides us through the planting and care process. The heavy rain almost every day means our trees are growing very well. The leaves are dense green and the stems also appear sturdy.

Seeing the lush growth, we are even more enthusiastic about taking care of them. We hope that in the next few years, these trees will bear abundant fruit, and of course our family will be very happy to consume it, and if there is excess, it can be sold to increase family income. The success of planting these fruit trees gives us confidence that hard work and perseverance will bear fruit that will be beneficial for our future.
