I love teaching painting to students, which for me is a journey full of challenges and happiness. After they master the techniques of painting with acrylic on paper, I introduce them to canvas as a new medium. Canvas, with its sturdy surface, gives students room to experiment more freely, while acrylic paints allow them to create alluring colors with subtle gradations.
Initially, their strokes seem hesitant and imperfect. However, over time, with more self-confidence, their work began to show their uniqueness and character. I see them learning not only to paint, but also to hone perseverance, concentration, and the courage to try something new.
Through art, students discover ways to express emotions and appreciate beauty. For me, art relates to engineering, it is the bridge that connects us, as well as the way it shapes their character. Now, some of the students have produced works that deserve appreciation, and this journey continues enriching my life as a teacher who has witnessed the growth of creativity and courage in my wonderful students.
